Ep. 15- Going global w/ a Box Breaker

Updated: Sep 19, 2020

Hello everyone!

This episode marks an important milestone for me, personally. I imagine BTC as a global brand, with voices and thoughts from all over the nation. If COVID-19 has shown us anything, it's that distance means nothing. Look at how fast a virus spread all over the world...maybe if we were intentional, other things could spread in a virus-like fashion (like hope, kindness, etc.). It sounds cheesy, but I'm honestly not even sorry about it anymore.

Anyways, the Box Breaker (Anne Anton). She was so funny, so kind, and so considerate about our conversation and future connections. I honestly feel like she will be a friend after this interview. I reached out to her because I figured we'd click, but it was nice to actually confirm it upon talking to her.

Those of you who have purchased and read Break Through Fear (my first book!<3) have read that it's so important to listen to the right information to really be happy. Anne was interesting in that she was the first person I've spoken to who openly admitted that her parents ingrained an entrepreneurial spirit in her early on in his childhood, and I'm so glad she listened to them (and is blossoming now).

Favorite Takeaways From This Episode:

  • True financial wealth probably from one stream of revenue. I know this may not be a new idea, but it's one that (personally) took forever to really absorb. Luckily, Anne had parents that instilled in that early. I am currently working on establishing passive income in my life, and you should, too.

  • Trust your gut: if you're still not satisfied after doing everything you're "supposed to do", lean into that feeling and explore "what could be."

  • Use "S.A.V.E.R.S" (from the book Miracle Morning) to really find your "why" and put yourself first.

What did you think?

How did you like BTC's first international/transatlantic collaboration? I came away with so much respect for my new friend Anne. She aims high, she refuses to conform, and she is living life on her own terms. I love being around people like that, even in a virtual setting. It's so reinvigorating. :) So much can happen when you #BreakThroughFear.
