Ep.10 - Shattering stereotypes w/ a Convicted Feeler

Hello everyone!

I'm so excited to show you the power of the Convicted Feeler (Andy Grant). She is the founder of Real Men Feel, and BTC is hitting double digit episodes with an AMAZING soul. His energy fuses really nicely with the spirit of BTC.

Those of you who have purchased and read Break Through Fear (my first book!<3) have read that it's important to fine-tune your ear. Andy believed so many negative things growing up: the world is not safe, men are supposed to handle things on their own, etc. However, his life really started to change once he realized that he didn't have to listen to those voices anymore. Once he fine-tuned his ear and listened to his inner voice, he found all the answers he needed to transform his life. The same thing can happen to you (if you're willing).

Favorite Takeaways From This Episode:

  • The bravest thing you can do is speak up: you will almost NEVER get a bad reaction if you speak from a place of vulnerabilities. In fact, those might be the most life-changing conversations you may have.

  • You need to feel everything, even the bad. If you don't, negative feelings manifest themselves into physical, harmful actions in your life.

  • Connection shows your heart: if you connect with people, ideas, or products, it's because you see yourself in those entities.

  • Responsibility gives you power, not pressure.

  • Be clear: clarity brings you happiness and brings you into alignment.

What did you think?

How did you like this Massachusetts/Texas collaboration? Personally, it definitely left me feeling inspired that past injustice/oppression, no matter how dark, can be left in the past. Andy makes me believe in the power of transformation and honesty. So much can happen when you #BreakThroughFear.
